This small, 38 Unit complex is located in downtown Branford on the Branford River.  It is a short walk to the town Green and all the wonderful little shops and restaurants in town.  Built in 1973, The Tidelands consists of two large buildings with both first and second floor townhouses and ranch units.  All of the condos have entrances on the front side and on the back have decks facing the river.  All units have beautiful views and full use of the gardens, sitting areas and small boat access to the river. Pets are restricted, with no dogs allowed.  

About half the condos own their own carports and all have separate, on site storage units.  There is a common laundry facility and ample assigned parking.  While there are no special amenities, such as pool or tennis, condo fees are low and Foote Park is directly across the street with more great views and water access.
